Position
Kirk is a partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team. With a number of clients in the technology, retail, healthcare and creative sectors, Kirk regularly advises in connection with acquisitions and disposals, investment rounds, share buybacks, commercial contracts and matters of brand protection. He is one of only two lawyers in Scotland to have attained the coveted Signet Accreditation in the field of corporate law. Kirk is a regular public speaker and in recent years he has delivered seminars for organisations including the ACCA and BioDundee. He is also a part-time tutor on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.
