Career

Mr. Colin Wu is the deputy of dispute resolution department at Lin & Partners, specializing in dispute resolution and investigations, civil and criminal litigation, white collar crimes in the banking and finance sector.

Colin has served as criminal and civil court judge of Taipei District Court and military prosecutor of Military Northern District Prosecutors Office of Taiwan for nearly ten years, during which he has handled and ruled the most complex and high-profile commercial cases on public offering and issuing, anti-money laundering, corporate governance, white collar crimes in the banking and finance sector. In the private practice, Colin has represented several renowned local and foreign public companies and financial institutions in both litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Colin received his Bachelor of Law, Master of Law and Master of Business Administration degrees from National Taiwan University. Ha also obtained an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and is admitted to New York State Bar Association. Colin is one of the most unique lawyers in Taiwan with both law and business degrees, several years of judicial experiences and the ability to handle international commercial disputes.
