Career

Kevin has a broad-based disputes practice focused on high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has been described as a first rate lawyer, far above the rest”, who is “extremely bright”, “commercially savvy”, “responsive”, “extremely well prepared and researched”, “very eloquent in court” and able to “pick apart witnesses in cross examination”. Featured in Singapore Business Review’s 2020 list of most influential lawyers aged 40 and under, Kevin is noted to be one of the most promising legal luminaries in the industry.

Kevin has acted in a variety of disputes including, joint venture, oil and gas, shareholder, commodities, investor against state, fraud, employment and has particularly deep expertise in cross-border disputes.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is an arbitrator with institutions including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (reserve panel), and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He is a member of the core committee of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Singapore Arbitration Group and spearheads the engagement subcommittee.
