Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Li practiced as a partner at Global Law Office, a leading
PRC firm. Mr. Li specializes in PE/VC, capital markets, M&A and foreign direct
investment. Mr. Li has extensive experience in the PE/VC industry, and has
represented numerous well-known foreign and domestic VC&PE funds in their fund
formations and investments in China. Mr. Li has assisted hundreds of companies in
connection with private placements, which cover a variety of industry sectors, including
telecoms, internet, media, financial services, education, advertising, human resources,
pharmaceuticals, food, health food, medical devices, insurance, clean technology, new
energy, manufacturing, resources and infrastructures. He has also advised a wide range
of clients on IPOs on both domestic and overseas stock exchanges, and has represented
