Gwyneth’s clinical experience and natural grasp of medical issues makes it easier for her to understand the plight of her clients and to explain to them the important medico-legal issues in their case. She finds it easy to interpret the conclusions of medical experts to her clients using plain language.

She has experience in all types of clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury claims.  She does however have a special interest in all obstetric claims, including Childbirth injury claims to include – cerebral palsy; Erbs palsy – as a result of shoulder dystocia and wrongful birth claims

She has in depth knowledge of the standard of care that should be given to a woman throughout her pregnancy and childbirth. She understands the clinical situations in which claims resulting from negligence at or around the time of birth may arise. She conducts these claims with the empathy and sensitivity that they deserve. Gwyneth also has specialises in cancer cases –  misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis; and negligent surgery cases.
