In the professional exercise, some of her highlights are her participation in major negotiations for the acquisition and development of important tourism projects in the national territory, as well as its participation in the purchase and sale of developments in the tourism sector, including the design and implementation for the legal management of tourist projects, from due diligence, to assistance in financing, the construction, management and obtaining of permits and licenses, and negotiations of agreements for the construction and implementation of them. She also focuses its activity on the consulting and development of strategies for the implementation of corporate structures and the implementation of businesses of all kinds in corporate and tax matters, including the reorganization of corporate groups and corporate preparation for the restructuring of multinational companies and groups, as well as tax advice for the use of tax incentives and the maximization of profits covered by current legislation.
Her experience covers advising family-run businesses as well as large national and international companies in areas as diverse as industrial, services, free zones and finance, among others.
