The beginning of his professional experience took off with legal advice to national and international banks, such as Chase Manhattan Bank.
In addition, his experience includes important transactions, related to acquisitions and sales process. In addition, corporate reorganization and restructuring processes. He has great negotiating skills, so he has successfully represented clients in procurement processes and strategic alliances. His participation in advice for the establishment and development of important renewable energy projects in the national territory is highlighted by his peers and the legal community. Laura Polanco Coste co-leads on advice to individuals on their property purchases, as well as acting for a financial institution in its acquisition of a property.
