Career

Lynda Amadagana is an Attorney at the Paris and Cameroon bars and the Managing Partner of the Firm.

Lynda advises on corporate operations, project development & project finance in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors in Africa with a specific focus on the OHADA zone.

Before founding the firm, Lynda Amadagana spent several years practicing in law firms among which Orrick,Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Clifford Chance LLP, Simmons & Simmons LLP and Reed Smith offices in Paris and corporates in France and Cameroon. She has also worked in the Nuclear Engineering Division of the EDF Group.

Lynda has also been a Lecturer in various subjects of Public Law at Cergy-Pontoise University in France. She regularly conducts training sessions for lawyers and trainee lawyers of the Cameroon Bar in the field of energy and public-private partnerships.

Lynda is the Vice President of the Diallo Telli Club, a think tank that promotes inclusive and sustainable growth in Africa. She is also a board member of the African Business Lawyers Club, an association which is dedicated to improving business practice in Africa.
