Guy Mbenda is a Lawyer and tax consultant registered at the National Order of Tax Consultants of Cameroon. He is a Senior Associate of the firm.

Guy advises on corporate transactions, international tax transactions, projects and concessions in the energy sector as well as project financing in Europe and Africa.

He also acts in tax and commercial litigation and advises on tax and other transactions carried out in several OHADA member countries.

Before joining the firm, Guy worked in the tax department of SOLEVO Cameroon (formerly Louis Dreyfus Commodities), BRAIN Consulting Ltd, FISCALIA Internatioanl, ALPICAM and YENIGUM Construction.
