Guillaume Rubechi is Avocat and Rechtsanwalt (Frankfurt Bar Association). He focuses on French and German tax law and since 1997 counsels and assists businesses and investment funds on both sides of the Rhine River and beyond. He also counsels individuals with the management of French and international matters pertaining to their assets.
Guillaume Rubechi has gained a sharp expertise in the field of French-German real estate investments, but also in the areas of renewable energies, international taxation of industrial groups (transactions, restructuring, international optimization of cash flows, transfer pricing…). He has been appointed as a tax expert by the Court of Frankfurt.
Guillaume Rubechi is head of Valoris Avocats’ Paris office.
After 8 years at Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats, 5 years at Haarmann Hemmelrath and 3 years at Lefèvre Pelletier, Guillaume Rubechi is since 2014 a founding partner of Valoris Avocats together with Cécile Puijalon-Radu.
