Xavier Duquenne advises a French and international corporate clientele on optimising its international transfers of employees and provides international private and patrimonial tax expertise. Furthermore, he has an extensive experience in optimising the situation of the managing staff and in particular in a French-German environment.
After having started his career working five years for EY in Frankfurt, he joins the EY Avocats « Human Capital » Department in Lyon which he then heads from 2008 onwards until founding his own law firm. He joins Valoris Avocats as a Partner in October 2016.
