Career

Mark is an experienced personal injury solicitor with highly honed skills in handling complex, catastrophic injury cases. These cases include brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and cases involving children and other protected parties. The severe nature of the injuries means that Mark is experienced at handling multi-million pound claims on behalf of his clients.

Mark has years of experience dealing with RTA’s, employers liability, public liability, criminal injuries compensation authority claims and claims against the motor insurers’ bureau.

Mark’s ability to cut through the legal jargon and provide clear advice means his clients can focus on their recovery during a very difficult time. His focus is very firmly on achieving the best possible result for his clients, whilst keeping them informed throughout the process.

Mark was appointed as a Trustee of Headway Cambridgeshire in 2019. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), a Steering Group Member of the Eastern Region Brain Injury Forum and is Regional Secretary for APIL East Anglia.
