In practice since 1997, his professional focus is on Human Resources and Social Security consulting, as well as litigation in Labor, Civil, Commercial, Real Estate, and Criminal matters.
Before joining UC, he worked in some of the leading international law firms. He has served as a consultant and external lawyer for Pension Fund Administrators, the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the Judiciary, the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), non-profit institutions in Children’s Benefits, and an international chain of Casinos.
He participated as Legal Director of one of the main Pension Fund Administrators (AFP). He has been a Human Resources Consultant and has directed and advised Outsourcing and Project Management companies.
For five years, he worked in the Human Resources Department of the largest telecommunications company in the Dominican Republic.
