Iris Pérez joined Ulises Cabrera as a senior associate of the Dispute Resolution department in 2022.

Practicing law since 1998, her professional focus is on labor, corporate, civil, and land law. For over 20 years, she has advised and represented some of the largest hotel chains in the Dominican Republic in labor cases. Her experience includes serving as the General Secretary of the Fourth Chamber of the National District Labor Court from 1993 to 1996, and as Assistant to the Presiding Judge of the Fourth Chamber of the Labor Court of the National District from 1996 to 1999.
