Career

Wojciech Jarosiński leads a team specialising in advising on new technologies and resolving disputes concerning the implementation of technology projects. He supports clients at the project implementation stage, as well as at the stage of litigation or arbitration.

His experience includes, in particular, advising at the litigation and pre-litigation stage in complex technology projects based on various technologies and involving multiple suppliers. In his professional work to date, he has advised, inter alia, in disputes relating to the three largest IT systems in Poland, disputes involving the largest Polish companies, in particular from the financial, energy and infrastructure sectors, and in technological international disputes.

He has represented clients in several hundred court and arbitration disputes with a total value exceeding several billion PLN, as well as in the negotiation of technology contracts with a total value exceeding several billion PLN.

In the Rzeczpospolita’s ranking, Wojciech Jarosiński has been named the top litigation lawyer in Poland four times (2018-2021). His team has won the title of a leader in the field of litigation twice. Wojciech was also featured in the Who’s Who of Foreign Attorneys section of the American National Jurist magazine (Fall 2019 issue).

He is a member of the Board of Visitors of Columbus School of Law (Washington, D.C.), the Supervisory Board of the My State Foundation and the Educational Quality Team at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University.
