Career

Lucyna Brayshaw heads a team advising Polish and international clients, mainly in the household-appliance, automotive and IT sectors. She deals with issues within the broadly understood commercial and civil law, with emphasis on concluding, negotiating and performing contracts in business transactions. She regularly represents clients’ interests in court proceedings.

She also has extensive experience in individual and collective labour law – among other things, she has advised clients on optimising the structure of employment, collective redundancies, collective disputes and negotiations with trade unions. She has conducted many different training courses for employers and employees and is the author of publications on labour law.

She has been associated with OW since 2008.
