Career
Joanna Lentka-Wróbel specialises in projects related to new technologies, the construction process, and real estate trade.
She is also responsible for consulting services to Polish and international Clients on issues related to broadly defined economic, civil and labour law.
Joanna advises over 9 years on real estate transactions and in construction and investment processes involving contracts and administrative and legal issues related to the construction of new facilities, expansion/reconstruction of existing facilities, as well as in transactions involving real estate.
She has extensive experience in negotiating commercial lease agreements for warehouse, production, and office space, as well as in real estate tax projects.
She was a leader of a team conducted negotiations with three leading European warehouse space operators for a world’s largest white goods manufacturers. Joanna supported the client signing of the long-term contract and in its execution, including management of arisen claims.
She represents clients in disputes before common courts and administrative courts.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Joanna also studied law at the University of Ghent within the Erasmus Socrates programme and completed a one-year American law school organized by Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology at the University of Wrocław. She passed her professional examination with distinction. She is entered on the list of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław.
