Position

Emma is Cirio’s managing partner and a member of the firm’s private M&A-group. She has a particular focus on representing emerging and growth technology companies, their founders and investors. Emma’s client base includes several Venture and Growth Capital funds as well as emerging growth companies within a broad spectrum of technology verticals.

She also has a strong interest in digital transformation. Emma has extensive experience from a wide range of venture capital financings, M&A transactions and start-up work, often with cross-border aspects.

Her work also includes advice in matters related to shareholders and corporate governance, incentive programs, commercial agreements and growth strategies.
