Peter Sande
has vast experience from litigations concerning copyright, trademarks and license agreements. Peter frequently participates in large-scale pan-European litigations. Furthermore, Peter advice research intense companies in regulatory and strategic matters and assists several clients in the entertainment industry.
Peter graduated from the University of Stockholm in 1992 (LLM). After service at the Stockholm District Court (1992-94) he joined Sandart & Partners and he has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association, a partner at Sandart & Partners since 1999 and a UPC representative since 2023.
Peter was engaged as an expert in the Government Commission regarding professional secrecy, 2006-2007. He was also the Head of the Patent Group of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (SFIR), 2007-2016.
Peter is regularly engaged as a speaker by Stockholm University and at different seminars. He has published several articles related to the IP rights field.
