Linda Landén has extensive experience in dispute resolution. She represents clients in commercial disputes in court and in domestic and international arbitration. Linda’s experience includes, among other things, insurance, construction, intellectual property, IT/Tech and energy related disputes. She has key expertise within the energy sector where she regularly represents energy companies in regulatory matters and litigation regarding electricity and gas networks.
In addition to her dispute resolution practice, Linda also advises on issues relating to intellectual property including contractual and transactional work involving IP rights.
Linda is a member of the Swedish bar and sits as member of the ICC Sweden Arbitrator Nomination Advisory Group
