Anders Kylhammar specialises in commercial dispute resolution, ntellectual property, marketing law and protection of trade secrets. He has extensive experience from strategic advice and litigation concerning trademarks, patents, copyright and design. Anders frequently represents clients in court proceedings, including the Swedish Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings. Further, Anders lectures at Lund University, Faculty of Law, and has published several books and articles on IP law. He joined Sandart & Partners in 2000 and has been a partner of the firm since 2001.
