Specialises in litigation and advisory work relating to intellectual property rights, particularly regarding patent, copyright and trade secrets.

Julia Ericsson is an experienced litigator and regularly represents Swedish and international clients in patent infringement and validity proceedings in Sweden. Her experience covers inter alia cross-border patent litigation covering several jurisdictions and complex copyright and trade secret litigation involving multiple infringement investigations and interim proceedings. Julia also provides general strategic advice regarding intellectual property and market law matters and advises in regulatory matters (inter alia regarding pharmaceuticals and medical devices).

Julia represents clients in all fields of technology (e.g. pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, mechanical, electronical, telecom, software, pulp and paper).
