Kathryn trained and spent four years post-qualification at a large regional firm in East Anglia, before moving on to spend six years working for a national firm, primarily based in its central London office. Kathryn joined Cambridge Family Law Practice as a Partner in January 2022, bringing with her a wealth of wide-ranging experience in family law. She acts for clients in financial disputes (arising on divorce/separation, particularly adept at those involving non-disclosure, fraud, business assets and corporate structures) and in cases concerning children, covering disputes such as those relating to where a child should live, as well as applications for parental orders in respect of surrogacy arrangements. She also has a breadth of experience in cohabitation and nuptial agreements, many of which include international considerations.
