Luigi Mansani is a partner in the firm’s Milan office and heads the Italian Intellectual Property (IP) practice in Italy. He handles complex domestic and multi-jurisdiction litigation in all areas of IP, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and unfair competition. Luigi has a broad expertise also in arbitrations and in non-contentious matters, with special regard to the management of IP portfolios worldwide. He is Full Professor of IP Law and Commercial Law at the University of Parma, Italy.
