Headed by planning specialist José Vicente Morote and public administration expert Antonio Ñudi, the group is backed by Carlos Peña, who specialises in urban development, and Maite Hernández, who brings extensive experience in construction law. Eduardo González Yebra and Cesar Morales Romero-Requejo are also names to note.

Andersen‘s well-established public and regulatory practice was notably reinforced in June 2021 with the arrival of Pedro Rubio, the former department head at ONTIER. He ‘stands out for his 360º vision’ and brings in additional key expertise to the practice, which is led by José Vicente Morote, who specialises in public and regulatory law, public procurement and regulated sectors, and is also a skilled litigator in these areas. Arancha Bengoechea and Carlos Minguez are other highlighted names of the team, which operates from the firm’s offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville.
