Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are Key

For Andersen, diversity and CSR not only mean making our workplace a sustainable and socially responsible space, but also incorporating these values into our advisory services.

Andersen-Aid-Action to Ukraine

Particularly close to our hearts, given the occasion, is our Andersen-Aid-Action to support people who had to flee Ukraine. With the support of our Polish Andersen colleagues, we were able to provide direct and rapid on-site help to those affected.

Gender Equality

In addition to this Aid-Action, we at Andersen place a high priority on Gender Equality. Consistent with our core values, achieving Gender Equality is not only a human right, but crucial to a sustainable and profitable future such as a healthy corporate culture. We are proud to embrace this goal at Andersen on a daily basis.

Advising our Clients on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Matters

Sustainability and environmental friendliness are as important to Andersen as it comes. Under the Supply Chain Act, companies must demonstrate the absence of discrimination, human rights abuses, and environmental damage along their supply chains. We collaborate with our partners to provide innovative assistance to companies in implementing those obligations under the Supply Chain Act in order to make Europe a sustainable and environmentally friendly business environment.

High Quality Education

In addition, we at Andersen offer our trainees the best possible educational conditions. Besides working closely with our professionals each day, we offer trainees the opportunity to spend time in all of our partner offices around the globe. At Andersen, we want to ensure that our trainees receive the best possible education as well as insights into other markets in order to best prepare them for the professional life in domestic and cross-border legal business.

Encouraging diversity, supporting inclusion and embracing CSR are part of our firm’s global strategy and corporate identity.
