Partner and responsible for the Real Estate departmment.

Career

He has been the Partner in charge of the Real Estate department at DA Lawyers until their integration in Andersen in July 2021.

He has extensive experience in advising on major real estate transactions in the retail, logistics, office and residential markets.

Among his clients are hotels, large listed companies, Family Offices and Socimis to which he advises on the drafting and negotiation of all types of real estate contracts or the performance of legal due diligence.

In addition, César Morales leads the legal management of judicial and arbitration proceedings, as well as legal advice on real estate asset management.

He is an Arbitrator of the Spanish Society of Arbitration and the Arbitration Council for the rental of the Community of Madrid.
