Position

With a long-term experience in commercial real estate Karin has thorough knowledge in advising clients on the full spectrum of real estate transaction services, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, project finance, development, long-term leases and construction. Clients also recognize her effective negotiating and litigating skills on the field.

Having been a member of the board of the Estonian Traders Association when working as the head of legal for Maxima in Estonia from 2010 until 2013, Karin also has a deep understanding in the field of commercial and trade. She has assisted many companies in trade deals and negotiations of commercial agreements, including distribution, supply and agency. Having significant experience in the field helps her to provide commercially aware solutions to even the most challenging business issues.

As an experienced business advisor Karin is providing advice to members of the management board in respect of their duties and liability, including in the event of the actual or pending insolvency.
