Position

Ingeri-Helena advises clients at every stage of M&A transactions — from legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents to closing and post-closing matters. Her main goal is to help our clients navigate through transactions smoothly and confidently.

Ingeri-Helena holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Tartu. During her studies, Ingeri-Helena successfully participated in the XXIV Estonian Moot Court Competition. In addition, in 2020 she represented the University of Tartu in Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition.

Prior to joining TGS Baltic Ingeri-Helena worked in PwC Legal Estonia, she also has had internships at Tartu county court, in a other law firm and at bailiff’s office. Also, she practised at the University of Tartu’s Law Clinic.

In 2019 she wrote a research paper ‘Determining the Content of Foreign Law in Estonian Courts’ which was recognised by the Estonian Ministry of Justice.
