Position

Ivor is a Partner. He specialises in contentious partnership, employment and discrimination law, with a focus on employee and partner competition, sensitive discrimination and whistleblowing claims and incentive arrangement disputes.

He is often instructed to advise founders involved in business disputes, involving directors and shareholder rights, statutory employment law claims, unfair prejudice petitions and related commercial claims. He regularly advises on contentious exits from partnership structures and on senior level appointments.

He is well versed in advising directors, senior executives and employers across a variety of sectors, particularly in the financial and private equity sector, insurance, professional practices, sports & entertainment and recruitment.
