Practice head and firm managing partner Peter Vrábel is a counsel in charge.

Peter as skilful litigator benefits from his former experience at premium international law firm Squire Patton Boggs. His previous experience in Slovak anti-monopoly offices means that he has extensive contacts with regulatory bodies, which prove especially helpful in merger filings.

The close cooperation with AVENIAS tax advisors (former KPMG tax counsels) and other specialists and professionals (technicians; experts/appraisers; accountants) proves that Peter provides more than a regular legal service but complex counselling preventing any formation of side issues linked with clients’ M&A matters (with respect to the acquisition projects) such as proper legal and tax shields.
