Since joining the team in 2001 Alena secured a long term liaison with the matters concerning the MOL Group.
Alena is invaluable member when speaking of energy projects construction and development while being the counsel fully devoted to the client and his interests, among other also holding the contract negotiations, presiding the operative meetings with the contractors during the course of contract and advising the project managers regarding the course of the contract until the project is fully finished including post contractual advisory.
Alena shows remarkable skills related to EPC contracts, plus-fee contracts and matters related to coordination of public procurement and financial project management of the engineering department of significant energy and industry players within Slovak Republic.
