Position

Hans-Christian Ohrt’s main areas are the formation, purchase and sale of companies. For more than 20 years, Hans-Christian has advised clients on numerous corporate acquisitions in Denmark and abroad.

In his approach, Hans-Christian is informal, solution and process oriented.

In addition, Hans-Christian provides general business advice, focusing on company law, Danish and international contractual relationships, banking and finance law and board duties. Hans-Christian has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of loan agreements relating to acquisition financing and large real estate projects.

Hans-Christian also has expert knowledge on Danish and EU competition rules.
