Joined Gladei & Partners back in July 2016, heads and co-ordinates the litigation practice in the firm. With background in both, finance and law, represents the interests of several Moldovan banks including within bankruptcy or restructuring proceedings, but also operates in other areas of practice which include banking and finance, as well as regulatory compliance. Recognised as effective litigator, particularly praised for effective and efficient dispute resolution, including out-of-court negotiations, settlements and debt restructuring. Has developed good working relations with the regulators.
