Career
Valeriu is leading the litigation practice in Gladei. Over the recent years he gained the clients and peers respect for effective dispute prevention and dispute resolution strategies.
He assists clients in all stages of problem-solving, from problem spotting and mapping, to negotiations with the opponents and third-parties (bailiffs, insolvency practitioners, client attorneys) and dispute resolution, both in courts and arbitration proceedings.
Valeriu achieved a great deal of experience in courts of all degrees, including the Supreme Court of Justice (particularly, in the recent representation of the Pre-vetting Commission, where he participated in most of the disputes).
As member of LEAD Moldova, Valeriu has contributed to building a vision for a fair, transparent, efficient and predictable justice system, and a mission to improve the justice system in the Republic of Moldova by promoting and strengthening the values of the rule of law.
