Irina joined Gladei & Partners in May 2018, being a member of Moldovan Bar Association since June 2018. Prior joining Gladei & Partners, Irina has been practicing in the private sector, gaining experience in business consulting, civil and corporate law.
Irina feels comfortable in the field business advisory, especially because one of her beliefs is that entrepreneurs are the ones who have the real potential to fuel the lasting development of a state. Including because of this believe, her expertise includes general business law, labor law, migration law, commercial litigation, tax law, and regulatory issues.
In addition to the daily activities performed within the law firm, Irina participates as trainer in start-ups mentoring programs, as well as an active participant to national and local development projects.
