EU and competition: The group organises and reviews public-private projects of many kinds with respect to the EU public procurement and state aid rules. The group has significant experience within various sectors, including welfare technology, infrastructure, construction, IT, healthcare and medical devices. The group is deeply involved in several “second generation” public-private projects regarding new business models such as public-private joint ventures, concession models, BIDs in connection with e.g. Smart City and Big Data projects. The group advises public bodies and private undertakings – Danish and international – participating in market dialogue and public procurement procedures, including complex procedures such as competitive dialogues, the new innovation partnership procedure and PPP projects. Moreover, the group has strong expertise in advising international and Danish companies on all competition law issues.

Information technology: The information technology group has a strong focus on Data Protection. The highly certified team offers clients a one-stop-shop for all matters related to personal data, from planning and implementing compliance projects to handling loss of personal data due to security breaches, and anything in-between. The group also advises on both the Supplier and Buyer sides. The areas of expertise include: system acquisitions, ystem development, including apps, outsourcing, including cloud solutions, software licences, e-commerce and IT security.
