Niels Wive Kjærgaard is a partner of Lundgrens’ Real Estate Team, and he specialises in construction law, procurement law, insolvency law as well as real estate transactions and lease agreements.

Niels has vast experience advising and representing owners, contractors, technical advisors, financial guarantee insurance companies and other insurance companies before the courts and the Construction Arbitration Board.

Over the years, Niels has advised a large number of Danish and international clients from both the public and private sectors.
