Ann Winther is head of Lundgrens’ Real Estate & Construction department and is a recognized specialist within M&A Real Estate. She has more than 15 years of experience in advising international and Danish clients on M&A, especially in larger complex transactions. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in advising clients on various corporate matters, e.g. joint venture structures.

For 10 years Ann Winther has been an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen in different legal areas. For many years Ann has been a mentor in various networks, and she has published a compendium in property law.
