Nicolai B. Sørensen is head of Lundgrens’ department of Litigation and Arbitration. Nicolai is an experienced and recognized litigation attorney, who specialises in complex professional liability cases, tax litigation, criminal tax law as well as corporate criminal law.
Nicolai is entitled to appear before the Supreme Court and collaborates with many Danish and foreign clients regarding litigation in Denmark. Nicolai also cooperate with several foreign law firms on litigation in other jurisdictions including especially the United States of America and Great Britain. Nicolai conducts a large number of complicated tax cases before the Danish courts.
He is also a highly experienced and sought after defence counsel for clients in economic crime cases, in particular cases relating to tax law and criminal tax law. Moreover, Nicolai assists Danish and international insurance companies in cases concerning management’s and board of directors’ liability.
