Christian Scherfig is head of Lundgrens’ departments for M&A, Corporate and Tax.

Christian advises Danish and international Private Equity players, financial institutions, and service and industrial companies within M&A, capital markets, and company law. Christian is particularly strong in the sectors of Health Care, Tech, FinTech, Food, and Media.

Christian acts on a number of boards, i.a. he has for several years been chairman of the Radio and Television Board, vice chairman of the board of TV2 Danmark A/S, and a member of the board of the Danish Growth Fund.

Today, Christian acts on the board of e.g. Movinn A/S, DCR Solutions A/S, Citrusmedia A/S, Dansk Medie Invest A/S, P. M. Daells Fond, and P. M. Daells Invest. In addition, Christian has over the years acted in a number of government-appointed committees, and today he is a member of the Danish Business Advisory Committee and the FinTech group. Christian, therefore, has extensive experience in working in a political field.

Education

Christian obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen (1994).
