Career
Lars Kjær is a partner in Lundgrens’ Real Estate & Construction department. Lars has 20 years of experience advising Danish and international clients on real estate transactions and financing of real estate. Lars advises, among others, on structured sale processes, e.g. due diligence, purchase agreements, and corporate matters. Furthermore, Lars advises on financing and security structures, e.g. optimization of mortgage matters and registration fees.
For a number of years, Lars has been recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers within both ”Real Estate” and ”Banking & Finance”.
Over a period of years, Lars has been an extern lecturer at the University of Copenhagen in several different subjects within property law. At present, Lars is an external examiner at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law. Lars is a frequent tutor, and he has also published an English-Danish dictionary concerning the financing of real estate.
