Career
Niels Gram-Hanssen is a partner with Lundgrens, and for more than 25 years he has advised on all aspects of real estate law. He has a particular focus on the structuring of sales processes, the completion of real estate transactions as well as general and commercial lease law.
Niels has acted as a legal and commercial advisor to Danish and international players from both the public and private sectors, and he has been involved in a number of real estate transactions, including some of the largest in Denmark.
He has managed controlled sales processes involving large property portfolios and acted as a trustee appointed by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority in connection with commitment agreements on the sale of production plant in the heavy goods industry. Niels has also been responsible for the drafting of a number of sales prospectuses.

Niels obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen (1987).
