Andrea Neri acquired an experience of over ten years as an EU law expert, namely in competition law and state aids, internal markets, public contracts, energy and transports, and structural funds. Previously, he has worked as a legal secretary at the European Court of First Istance in Luxembourg. He graduated in European Studies from the European College of Parma and carries out his legal activity in Rome.
