Flavio Iacovone advises clients, also during the litigation phase, on aspects related to Italian and European law, administrative law, and regulatory matters, with particular reference to public contracts, public utilities, energy law, as well as public financing, transports, concession of public assets, urban planning and construction. He advises both private clients and Public Administrations in the process of awarding public contracts, in assessing public profiles for the acquisition, merger and transfer of companies, and in dealing with financing transactions and Public Companies privatization and dismissal of public real estate assets.
