Career

Jakub is an expert in domestic and EU public procurement law, representing clients (both private and public) at all public procurement stages, including in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber and common courts.

Jakub also specialises in new technologies, private international and civil law as well as dispute resolution. He advises Polish and foreign entities operating in the IT, infrastructure, environment, defence, energy, medicine, pharmaceutical and smart cities sectors.

Jakub is a lecturer at postgraduate studies in public procurement at the WSB University in Warsaw, and has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences and workshops.

He has authored and co-authored over 20 scientific and popular science publications on public procurement law.

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Jakub worked for leading Polish and foreign law firms.
