Avance Attorneys Ltd‘s real estate and construction department is focused on real estate transactions, projects and financing work, acting for international and domestic players. The team advises on a variety of asset types including office buildings, industrial properties, development projects and social infrastructure portfolios for public education. On the construction side, the group handles various property development and construction matters, and has also been involved in construction litigation. The practice is jointly led by Christoffer Charpentier, who advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, with a specific focus on real estate transactions and projects including environmental, energy and infrastructure matters; and Mathias Lindqvist, who covers both domestic and complex cross-border transactions alongside general corporate and real estate advice.
