Family Law

Simon is an extremely experienced and client-focused solicitor, who has spent his career advising on the ever-widening range of issues relating to family law.

Over the course of his thirteen-year career, Simon has advised individuals on all issues concerning the breakdown of a relationship, such as separation and divorce, including the dissolution of civil partnerships, and on financial settlements and the general financial arrangements that can be reached between parties once a relationship has come to an end.

This has included advising on matters involving modest assets, to more complex cases where he has been asked to advise high net worth individuals, including entrepreneurs, company owners and directors, those working in sports or the media, individuals who work in the finance and banking sectors, and in cases that have involved trusts, tax structures and international aspects.

In addition to the above, Simon has often been instructed to advise individuals on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, especially in matters where an individual is the beneficiary of a trust or where there has been significant inherited wealth.
