Ian is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Private Client team of Greenwoods GRM.
Ian was one of the first 100 Legal Executives in the country to be appointed as a partner of a firm.
He has extensive knowledge of on-shore trusts and probate work and the taxation issues relating to them. Ian deals with complex high value estates including heritage property, will drafting and tax planning.
Ian has also acted for claimants and defendants in disputed estates and in Inheritance Act claims.
