Keith has a commercially sound approach to the application of employment law with a determination to provide his clients with no-nonsense advice in his own unique style.
Keith is an associate director in the employment team. He has over ten years’ experience specialising in this area of law. He takes a commercial approach to advising clients, applying his wide knowledge to achieve the best possible practical results. Prior to joining Greenwoods GRM, Keith trained as an accountant with a large national firm, and has a sound grasp of the figures as well as the law in any situation in which he is advising.
Keith advises employers on all aspects of employment law from drafting and negotiating termination packages to conducting employment tribunal litigation. He has considerable experience assisting clients with large scale business reorganisations including TUPE and redundancy situations, and works closely with the Greenwoods GRM corporate and commercial team managing the employment aspects of major corporate transactions. Keith takes an active role in the department’s training programme, and continues to produce and present seminars and workshops on a number of topics covering cutting edge developments in employment law aspects of social media, age discrimination, agency worker regulations, tribunal procedures and TUPE.
