Anders Bäckman is a Swedish attorney-at-law (advokat) and a partner based in the Stockholm office. • a leading US company in acquisitions/joint ventures in the Swedish sports and entertainment industry;
• transactions in other industries (e.g. pulp, hotel, pharmaceuticals, aviation, automotive, software, broadband, credit card, banking, and asset management);
